    That was quite lovely I thought and reminiscent of another, quite famous, piece the name of which escapes me at the moment.

    His music always sounds familiar to me. Looked at negatively, it's full of cliches. More positively, he really absorbed the style. It was somewhat old fashioned for his day - the Spanish Civil War was in full flight when this was written. Clearly he felt nostalgic for times past.

    Cliches or no it's a beautiful piece in my view. I wouldn't know a classical guitar cliche if a tripped over one anyway. Your playing is lovely Rob.
