Two good contrasting shots. What were you shooting with, Dave?
My usual Lumix FZ72. Serious reviewers may look down on it, but I get with it fine. The 20mm wide end is ideal for sweeping landscapes and the sphinx; the longer lengths useful for wildlife. Light enough to put in a backpack and carry all day too.
A very nice pair of shots, Fave and I really like that they kind of reflect each other. Ancient and modern deities?!
I'd say it's a fine camera. As they say, the best camera is the one you have with you.
