The jpgs in this 1st-generation Monochrom are quite film-like, I think. I often prefer them to the raw (DNG) equivalents. The sepia rendering is also an in-camera option.
Thanks, Pete. I particularly like the second. I took the dng files and tried to edit it to look like the jpg, but failed. Then I realised how stupid I was being, when the jpg was 9MB - with a trip to NIK Output Sharpener, it would be good enough for a 10x8 print.
Got a VERY nice print of the second image from The Print Space on Baryta paper. Beautiful. Very pleased.
