Just happened to spot them from an upstairs window.

 

A murder of crows at that

 

And an infinitely more capable parliament than another that springs to mind!

But is it a parliament of crows or a murder of crows? Opinions vary.

 

True and this whole thing of collective nouns seems pretty dodgy to me, A dray of squirrels! No that is the 'nest' they make: how can you have a collective noun for a (generally) solitary animal for goodness sake!
