I bought this from Hamish's shop at 35mmc.com just yesterday, and it arrived today - Saturday. That's what I call good service! On sale at a great price too. The light was not what I had hoped for, but I took a few test shots, as I've never had a 28mm lens before. It is made by 7Artisans, and I have their 50mm 1.1, and 75mm 1.25. both of which are superb quality for the price. This 28mm seems to be a match for them. I chose quite busy, sometimes very busy scenes, at various apertures. Sharp enough without being too digitally sharp, I think we'll get along fine. It really feels like an expensive lens, yet cost me £385. It will take me more than one shooting session to get my eye in for 28mm, wide but not very wide.
Gosh, busy is the right word Rob! There's plenty to explore in those. Very nice indeed. and I do like the final one.
