Red Filter Forest Walk

Beautiful sunny Sunday morning, though a bit cold. Thought I'd take a red filter on the Q2M for a walk. In no particular order.

I love the really tangible sense of being at the scene in the first one Rob. The big twisted Beech tree in the last but one is great!

I agree, it does convey the sense of being there. M especially like the 3rd and 4th images though.

 

Thanks. I only like the first, I have to say. I haven’t been out much with any camera this last 12 months, and need more time to get my eye in, so to speak. It might be no coincidence that I’m more happy walking in nature, just breathing it in, happy in the moment, without the need to record it.

 

Funny isn't it, but that is the most claustrophobic of the images I find (but the most in the scene, as it were I suppose, in the same way).

 

Claustrophobic? I never thought of that, saw it comforting. One of us needs to see a shrink!

 

That is a fine set. I really like the third one, I like the tesselation effect in the foliage.
