    Thanks very much, Rob. I was quite fortunate that this egret isolated itself from the flock I was photographing at the beach.

    Hi Dave. This egret would hold each pose for several seconds. Even the first shot with the feathers in its bill, which lasted approximately 5 seconds! It was quite amazing.

    Hi Milan. The photos you mentioned are my favorites, as well. Side-lighting remains my favorite type of lighting so I was quite fortunate in this case. Thanks for commenting!

    A stunning set of images, Tony. All of them are worthy of space on the wall. The last image is my favorite (the reflection nails it).
