Trained as a nurse in Manchester. Next trained as a social working with young people in residential care. Worked in North Wales with local authority till retired due to ill health and photography took a back seat for a few years due to my ill health.
Spent the last 16 years involved with Scope Cymru recording events on disability equality issues in Wales.
