very nice lighting indeed. it does have a painterly feel to it.

thanks guys. i've been following that guy on instagram for awhile, though i didn't recognize him by his real name. there's a fair number of toy photographers on ig. unfortunately, that's about the only toy photography community that seems to be out there.

i couldn't place the first picture, but the rest of them look just like ft pulaski. it's been about a decade since i've been there. last time i skipped the fort and went for a boat ride out to the lighthouse. i don't remember going to ft johnson, but there's a good chance my parents took me...

great shots. i like the first shot with the chicks sticking their heads up. we have a ton of osprey living around here, but you can't get many good views of the nest like you've got.

fort pulaski is a fun place to explore. you used to be able to see the old lighthouse from the fort, but the trees might have grown up since then.

that last one is excellent, wonderful grain and tones, and that misty mountain in the background.

these almost look like infrared images with the brighter foliage. beautiful countryside. i can imagine the summers there are brutally hot.
