    Any Motorcyclists Here ?

Andy, I think that is a European myth. Most cities in the US used Harley Davidson Motorcycle until the the late 1970s when they switched to the Japanese bikes. The thinking was that the lighter, short wheel base would be better for congested traffic conditions. The HD was a safer bike simply...

    Any Motorcyclists Here ?

Andy, the H/D is s big heavy bile with a long wheelbase. It is very comfortable and stable. I rode on 1960s, and even then you could be on one for eight hours every day, and not get tired. They are powerful bikes, but not quick. On the other hand, you can do figure eights with them that can't be...

    Greenfinch

It looks like the same bird that we in Washington call a goldfinch. Any chance that they flew across the Atlantic since the last ice age? The males are a bright gold, and females are plain brown.

    Coffee On Pentewan Beach

Julian, what's going on here? I really like the pictures; it's like you are invisible. The solders don't seem to mind you being there.

I grew up in California, and been in Washington for the last 22 years. It is an interesting place. Actually, all of the west coast of America is interesting. Huge mountains, volcanos, beautiful sea shore, colorful deserts. We seem to have it all, and it is BIG!

Rob, This is the best that I can do in PS CS5. I don't like it. It looks flat to me. It lacks contrast. I was able to bring our the tree line. I live on a very hilly island. It is all glacial till, and those trees are on the hilltops.

No, Rob, I tried it, but it was flatter than I thought it would be. There was depth in color. I could mute it down, There is no PP.

No, it is a typical deep dark Seattle espresso style coffee. I left the ISO to Auto. I liked the warmer temperature.

    What's The Fuji 18mm F/2 Actually Like?

Dave, that is a very deep DOF for f2. I really like that photo in monochrome.

Very good, Dave. The first one is extraordinary. What camera and lens did you use?

    Factory Heaven

Oh, I like that. I never seem to find really interesting architecture. This is more like still life than architecture.
