The more I looked the more I liked the grain in the first. It gives it a timeless quality and complements the age of the building. It took a while. Maybe I am getting slower with each passing year!
I empathise with you on the holding the camera steady!
On trip to Hervey Bay we went Whale watching. This is the tail end of the southern migration when the Whales head back to Antarctica with their calves.

A classic...
In fairness Ivar, my phone is a Sony Xperia Pro-i. Effectively the Sony RX-100 sensor, using 12MP of the 20MP 1" available, and a 24mm equivalent Zeiss glass lens. It also has a fairly comprehensive software package very similar to the Sony mirrorless cameras.
If only I knew how to use it...
No shots of just the boats. I found I preferred the larger backdrop as the boats themselves did not catch my eye in the same way. Also the rest of the area was pretty cluttered.

A trip around the Chateau. It's opulence, grandeur and excess all in one giant package. This was taken with my phone (Sony Xperia Pro-i ). With the crowds it was difficult to take images or even be able to appreciate the place and it's art.
