Many thanks! The Shropshire Union Canal (the Shroppie) takes you through some varying and beautiful landscapes. It is 50 years since I first ventured onto it, but now spend much of the summer on this canal before returning to our winter mooring.

Still learning the EOS and Gimp software (do we ever stop learning? I hope not!). Any tips for improvement always welcome.

Very kind of you to say so! I am getting to grips with digital after being a 35mm user for many years! Yes the guys who maintain these old gems really make the pics. That said I have a thing about rusty cars for some reason!
