38 Special

A well thought through image Brian, superb viewpoint, delicious rendering and dare I say, an aesthetically pleasing image showing something of historical value, even though I am not a car person. ( or at least why burden oneself, with envy, I'd probably have a Buick if I could afford one) I used to love the Morris minor I had and the Citroen's, even the 2cv, which was brilliant at carrying large wardrobes, out through the roof.
Brian I am interested if you are shooting the Sigma in Raw, I know your climate suits lower iso so maybe Jpegs are enough?

Actually, it's a beautifully composed image, Brian.
Thanks Rob. Much appreciated!

Thanks Julian. You had two classics, Julian,...the Minor and the 2CV. Great wee cars. We don't have many of either on this side of the Atlantic so when I see one its always a delight. I'm shooting RAW exclusively Julian. Funny enough, most images I shoot tend to be in low light. Often I shoot in B&W and allow the auto ISO to select the best speed for the job. I have not been unhappy, despite the complaints of many people regarding the high ISO issues of the DP series. (I think @Rob MacKillop had similar thoughts to myself on this matter.)

Yes I have nothing but praise about the camera's.
