Looking good. A new consignment of Potsdamer Stange came in and so I availed myself of 10 bottles (plus 10 others). One is in the glass as I type!

Its the same fotie you posted last week is it no? You certainly made that beer last. (I can tell because you don't seem to have gotten back to your knitting since the last fotie.

Its awfy cloudy that brew, Pete. Is it a wheat beer? (It doesn't look like it by the label.) Is it available elsewhere in the country or only in the region around Potsdam?

Sorry Brian, I was too lazy (read ******!) to take a new one and the worktop is covered in stuff that needs to be packed (we are visiting Ina's mother). I don't this this beer gets far out of Potsdam. It is a small brewery and doesn't cope with even local demand. It is an unfiltered beer but more like a pilsner than a Weisenbier although it does contain some malted wheat as well as barley.

i'm giving my liver a month off. midnight shifts aren't conducive to drinking. well, maybe a glass of wine here and there, but that's just to get my daily intake of fruit...

Also, Beth,...its important to hydrate. (I learned the importance of proper hydration during my cycling and football days and it is has become a habit that has served me well.
