A diary of a Focus Peaking Sony NEX5n

I recently bought a Sony NEX5n, pretty much for one reason ... Focus Peaking. I discovered it as a feature on the Sony RX100, and whilst I was aware of it from having seen it on a video camera of some sort when I was at the shop, i'd not realised it had been implemented on some CSC's.
The sony NEX's have such a short flange back distance you can mount pretty much any lens to them with an adapter. Including m and ltm lenses ... of which I have a good few.
I have previously mounted them on my epson rd1s to get my digital kicks... But this nex5n opens up a whole other area of shooting for me with them.

This image was taken at f1.4 whilst walking at a reasonable pace down the road.

This is sort of shooting is made very easy with focus peaking ... Ill post a vid later on of it in action on the nex5n... It really is quite impressive.
