Douglas, you have constructed this perfectly without an ounce of stitching evidence that I can see.. A large pano is always impressive in scale but after the initial view of the vista, composition wise, I find this a bit empty, for the want of a better word and without a lot of interest to keep the eyes working.
But it has technical perfection written all over it.

Tom,

I fully accept what you're saying, and I suppose on hindsight, I'm looking at this view with a great deal of knowledge of the area, and knowing that central to the image lies the opening of the Great Glen, with the enormously long Loch Ness beyond and an almost arrow straight line down to Fort William and the west coast...

Without that, I suppose the image is quite minimal and empty...

Beauty and the beholders eye...?

I going there in June to, hopefully, photograph dolphins and can't wait.
Any Dolphins while you were there?

Glen...no dolphins on this visit, but we've watched them here before...only an hour or so from home, so a bit spoiled....seals a-plenty, plus loads of wild-fowl...
