A Little Thin

I call it "A Little Thin" because the footholds are just that. This is from a mountaineering trip in Glacier National Park in Montana this past August. We had to traverse this deep couloir in the cliff face in order to reach some easier slopes out of the photo off to the left. It was on the same trip as the Mount Logan Sunrise and the Monkey Flowers photos. Let me know what you think.

Many years ago I soloed the Appalachian Trail through Virginia. I loved it...but I will tell you I would NEVER do a trail like that. I just don't have the man jewels.

Yes. Erosion to my body caused be increasing age. Nothing to do with geology though unless I'm considered a fossil.
