Thanks, Tom. Strange body language indeed. I think that (partially at least) prompted me to snap the picture.Great Holga shot Brian. Is that glare or light leak on the right side
Some strange body language from some of the participants.
Thanks, Julian. As I mentioned, that wee girl was a surprise. I never saw her in the viewfinder,...perhaps because I was intent on getting the seated woman in the frame. You never know what you're going to get with the Holga. Thanks again, Julian.Excellent Brian. I actually thought the girl on the left splayed out( is that a sand angel?) had fallen from the balcony maybe. Great scene , lots going on. Holga, she can be a devil at times, dragging you to safety and shelter, I bet it is not the first time
Thanks very much, Pete. Although it does look like the boy is changing, I think it is just the way the light has reflected off his swimming trunks. But, it sure does look like what you suggested. Thanks again, Pete.Wonderful stuff Brian with loads going on. Love the 'falling' girl! And it looks like you caught some poor lad in mid-change!
Thanks a lot, Peter. Yes, I dare say that tape applied to the seams would likely keep some of that light out. I'll probably use gaffer's tape when I do it, though, because I think it leaves minimal residue. (Certainly painter's tape, if I could find it in black, would leave no residue.) Anyway, thanks again Peter.Love that effect Brian, very nice! Would black electrical tape put over the rear of the camera help on light leaks I wonder ?
I've got quite a few rolls of Fomapan 120 in the fridge, must invest in a Holga 120N soon.
That's true also, Peter. So, to be honest, I'm only casually interested in trying to fix it.But on the other hand Brian, it does give the overall photo a kind of 1970's retro/style effect which is very nice....!!
