ABBYSTRACTY GLOBLES.

I looked in on the small collection of ram pumps at the Lost Gardens of Heligan. The sun catching the bulbous shapes of the castings caught my eye and draw me to grab a few abstracts, with color and texture and nice forms.
Taken using the OM 50mm f1.8 on the OM-D EM-5. with a received an adapter from china.
Hope you enjoy a little bit of abstraction.

Very nice colours and set, Julian. I think I like the second most. :)

Very cool abstracts, Julian! Not sure I can pick one over another in terms of appeal. Great set!

Thanks Brian

Now, these are good. I like them a lot. The reds are beautiful, but despite that I'm wondering what b&w would look like...

Thanks Rob, I did not like the B+W I did but I am certain it is there. On reflection this morning I am not as happy with these, somehow they look to have more potential, maybe the saturation toned down. Not sure.

Nice Abstracts Julian, the colours and shadows/light work really well, good find :)

Kev thanks, Yep a quote I have always gone by, " Don't search, find" Pablo. Its all there, the only requirement is to allow yourself to see it, to find it. Not to have preconceptions.

fantastic colours and textures. and light. I'd pick the first if I had to pick a favourite.

It shows how important it is to take a camera with you everywhere, just in case.
