Thanks. Not sure I agree this time, Pete. I like it trailing off into nothingness. I do have a fondness sometimes for areas of black. I think it adds to the leanness of the tail.

This was a found image, I didn't place the leaf there. Had I a mind to do such a thing, I might have found a more photogenic leaf. But I'm now pleased I didn't, as this one seems to have an eye and a mouth...
