Amazing WWII film developed recently

Hi all. first off I would like to apologise for my recent absence from the forum, I have almost completed my DIY projects for my new house so I have a bit more time to spare!

I received this email from a friend who like me is interested in WWII and photography. The story goes someone found some undeveloped box brownie films and decided to get them developed. Sounds a bit of an urban myth but they are truly incredible.

This set Is from the pearl harbour attack

I was posted these a while back and was in awe of them then and seeing again especially the explosion but I must admit to liking the the Sherman with the silhouetted infantry and the round casing popping out.

As for urban myth, I bought an old Box a couple of years back, found a film in it developed it and it was over 60 years old, suffered greatly from being sat in there for so long but managed to get some results from it........it does happen :)

Great post Thomas
