Oh, you are one of those. A morning person. Could never understand that. I'm a night owl. I don't get to bed until around 4am and get up around noon. Civilized hours.

We have an upstairs neighbour who is in her 90s and bed-bound. She has a nurse come in every morning at around 6.45, who makes one hell of a racket: opening the front door (just outside our bedroom), and climbing the stairs while hollering to the old lady. She them proceeds to - what sounds like - rearrange all the furniture in the flat. This happens seven days a week. Joy. So, even if I wanted to sleep in, I can't.
