Aphrodite II

This an image made from a scan of the negative of Aphrodite. The image was processed through Nik SilverEFEX Pro 2 but only to add a tone (coffee) and a border. It was cropped slightly in LR.

Original image shot on New55 film loaded into a Speed Graphic + 7" Aero Ektar. Exposed at ISO 160, 1/50s and 2 1:2.5. Negative fixed in Ilford Rapid fixer for 5 min and then washed and dried. Scanned using an Epson V750 Pro scanner and SilverFast Studio ai 8.
 
Oh, I really like this one, Pete. Difficult to tell her size, quite small judging by what looks like grass..Lovely tones and angle of view. Beautiful. I'll now go and read how you did it!
 
This is a spectacular shot. I love what I've seen so far.
 
This conjures for me the images I've seen by Julia Margaret Cameron. I don't know that she photographed inanimate objects, but it is still very like what she might have photographed. Fine image, Pete.
