Not sure whether these are good or not.... comments?

Composition "rules" say not to center the subject in the frame. However with the symmetry of the background and foreground it works for me. Always an exception to the "rules".

They look good to me. I like the first one more, the side on pose seems to match the strong horizontal lines of the background best.

I agree although I think the second works better because it exploits the symmetry more. I like the light through the hat too - very flattering.

Overall both are good to go. Clarity is really nice. But as said by other members symmetry needs to be maintained.
