Critique Welcomed Cleopatra's Needle

The twin Egyptian obelisks (aka Cleopatra's needle) are located in New York City and London (there is also a obelisk in Paris and it's twin is still in Egypt). The new York City obelisk is located in Central Park, and the London one is on the Thames river new the Embankment underground station (not too far from the Palace of Westminster). The London obelisk is not located is area that makes photographing it very easy.

Well you did a good job of capturing the London Obelisk John. I do prefer the balancing act on the plinth the NY Needle is achieving.

Thank you Julian and Pete for your comments. The viewing of the full set is a ways off. the Paris one is likely, but the Egypt one is likely a ways off.
