Mmm. Oat smoothie - must remember to pop some oats in mine in the morning (banana, mango, red current and persimon - with yoghurt and apple juice: basically the contents of the fruit bowl).

that looks pretty different than the american version of the columbian restaurant. the cursive font on the logo and the cleanliness of the place are two big differences that jumped out to me right away.. but the food looks pretty good.

Im working my way thorough London's "hidden" eateries ... such a drag
