Concrete Thing, Parking Lot, Shotgun Shells

Sat. X100s. We've had to go walking in a different place since the Govt shutdown. I sure wish people would pick up these shells. They are everywhere at this Corps of Engineers wildlife sanctuary (not much sanctuary for the birds....) Anyway, that stuff has to be recyclable. I may go back and try and take a better picture of the concrete thing when there is some sun out. It was just too bland in color.

It's a nice change of pace. Yesterday evening was kind of bad because there were a lot of people shooting and Ruby got scared. There weren't so many out today. I just went in the opposite direction of,the shooting. There aren't really any trails which is bad for me but better for them.

Super 'set' Steve. I actually like the overall greyness of 'concrete thing' - it suits it somehow. And the other two are both strong images I think, especially the cartridge cases.

Yes nice, set, Steve. You do a great job of making the mundane look interesting. I wish I knew how to do that!
