I think you did fine gentlemen and Davie was only centimeters away. It is ice crystals as we call it on a dark blue bonnet of my car. It's amazing what patterns one may see on a frosty morning. Cheers mates.

I'M PONDERING ON THE THEME FROST, AS WE CERTAINLY ARE APPROACHING SUCH A SEASON. The aussies and others having summer just have to be more imaginative. I'll come back to it.

Ivar, great composition! I thought it was blue feathers being spread in just the right way. The ice is amazing though, are you excited for the change in weather? I would love to take photos in icy weather..sadly, Texas weather is unpredictable and gets nowhere near icy.

Thank you Cathy. Having lived through more than 60 winters most of them in cold environments, there still is a certain excitement when seasons change and I must say I am looking forward to these changes as I like skiing as well.
