Disused Railway Building

Thanks everybody.
I really liked the shape of this building but could not get inside. I found it a little menacing as it was getting dark when I took this so had to give it a lift in PP.

End of the line....

I find these images quite sad really...makes you think back to childhood days when railways and yards and engineering firms were bustling places of life, people and community...now they're just empty shells awaiting the developers to throw up yet another retail park...

I know exactly what you mean Douglas. As a child in the fifties, I was brought up beside a railway line. Thank you for commenting.

Very nice Tom. I am not as lucky as you as my wife insists that we go "somewhere nice" which generally means boring from a photographic point of view.
Thanks Paul.
Where we were is "nice" but we have the place available to us foc except for July and Aug. But it is amazing what you can find when you get lost on a walk;)
