I took this shot last summer.
I held the camera above and shot down experimenting.

I know it's OOF but I've kept it ever since and didn't really know if it was something I could pull off.

Your thoughts on this would be great

Almost, but his/her left eye is just a bit too far out. You could make it more abstract by cropping the RH side out though. What do you think?

I think as a normal portrait she's too much out of focus, so I see where your coming from by making it more abstract.

A bit more I think. I'd be tempted to try to get the eye on the diagonal from top right to bottom left.

Ha! That would help I think! Got to get practicing more.
Very interesting how far out you can go before its too much. I think in this case it could be a little too far though.
