Drawling

that top half would stand pretty strong on it's own as an alternative *cough*square*cough* crop. good color and detail.
Thank you Peth :) well this is made up of three shots, shot landscape and joined. So I have the top as one image as a 3x4 (cough) not square sadly. It does look good but as usual I wanted to be rebellious and not go with the obvious.
This happens a lot and I do it just cos I can and for no other reason. If the master of crop does look in I'll take the good advise given, (cough) as always. :D

What a load of balls. Very interesting, Julian. Great colours, as usual.
Thank you Rob, almost like Christmas tree balls. I do mean balls as well :). The boats and harbour are all quite colourful, Boats are very colourful and the trawl net sections are which makes them
easily identifiable for repair and where it's been repaired if for no other reason. Maybe the fish think it looks pretty and comes over to take a look :D

Wonderful shot. If the sights of life along the sea doesn't get your photographic blood pumping...you have a heart of stone. And Julian...your heart is pumping very strong.

lol I hope so. My aorta is growing at an alarming rate, so had been on beta blockers in an attempt to stop it pumping too hard. I came off them the other day as they made me feel dreadful. So yes it is pumping stronger and I feel sooo much better for it :) maybe that is the answer.
Thank you Glenn kind comments. You are correct the coast and sea does provide some spectacular environments and colour. Note to myself must get out more.

Nice one Julian. I wouldn't have guessed it was three shots mashed together. Its an interesting subject and there's a lot to look at in the picture. (By the way,...your title,...is it meant to be "Drawling" with a D?)

Wonderful textures and colours here Julian and I like the way you have framed it. I'm not sure I'd crop it though except maybe to reduce the dark area lower left to keep the eye in the main part of the frame more. Lovely stuff. :)

And I know what you mean about beta-blockers. I had some eye drops with a very low concentration of a beta-blocker in a month back and had to stop them after just a week as they were making me feel quite unwell after a few days. And that was just a drop in one eye!

Yep the reference was the way the trawl hung over the stern into the harbour , plus it being a trawl. In short yes a play on words .
Thanks

Nice stitching Julien and I am not talking about the nets. I always like it when I go to fishing towns, the bright colours mixed with some ocean erosion crates all sorts of interest for me.
Thanks Paul. They are starting to extend the Jetty so building into the harbour by ten meters over the winter. It may well be an added subject to record.

Thanks Pete good advice as usual.

Yes and in my case you'd think after more than a year of asking why I felt so so awful and on many days not being physically able to leave the house,
they, the ones who think they are indeed master of all, would have known. But alas quite a normal occurrence by all accounts.
