You may have missed as you say but captured a superb image all round, great timing with the wave breaking round the pole and the gull..

It's a good one, Dougie. I was on a train to Dundee and back, and the waves around Kinghorn were wonderful to see. I was dying to get off the train and photograph them, but I was on a schedule. Nice fog around too.

Like to add those greys of the sky and sea or tones, are gorgeous , with the subtle hint and variation of light.

Wonderful feel to this Dougie and I like the bird in flight reflecting the one drying its wings.
