I agree the perspective is dramatic, but the blown out lower sky is unfortunate. I also might have tried shooting vertical and getting even lower (and closer never hurts either).

There also may have been an even more dramatic angle further over to your right, given the acute angle of that corner of the building. Of course, I have no idea what else might get in the frame, so that might be totally impractical.

Sorry if I'm sounding like I don't like the photograph, but it's cool architecture and you had the right idea shooting upward with a wide angle. Just needs some refinement.
