Thanks very much to everybody else too.
What prompted me to post this was having seen Pete's train images as they brought back lots of memories. This "dirty" (as I've always referred to it as) image was from the train somewhere goodness knows where between Beijing and Moscow.
I will use stifling in future to describe it. Well said Glenn.
