Thanks Brian. That's Cathy Stallard (new forum member). I was off yesterday and she is home from college so we went to Waco yesterday to do some photography.

She is very enamored of Chris' recent series under Nudes and Glamour so there will be a humorous homage shortly.

Thanks Julian. I wasn't crazy about the duck but my arm got twisted on that one. I took that one with the DP3. I am really starting to like that camera even though I usually have a hard time with longer focal lengths.

I would say that your characterization of the photo as "POPPIN!!!" falls under the category of "subjective interpretation."

if you waited for the cops to show they put this thick chalk outline around the body, works wonders for the comp. leading lines and all.

true story. obama was coming to town one day and when that happens it's all hands on deck with us and all of the police agencies, state, county and townies.. i was hanging out at my assigned post with a wilmington pd officer and we were talking about one of the more recent horrific shootings, he said they stopped calling them vics a long time ago, now they just call them holy men.

@Paul Lange i hear they rent this hotel by the hour so you don't even need to book it for a full night to shoot. good deal!
