Thank you Beth I think so but not sure. Glad you liked them. Im liking a bit of B+W at the moment, but have not done a lot since the days of film and dark room, which was the only option at that time.
Forcing pots are used to force plants , in the night the lids can keep the plants warmer at night, so planted earlier and maybe put hay or straw around to help them to keep warm, The lids come off in the day,
this encourages longer stem growth as they want to grow up to find more light, it will also keep the stems of the plant blanched to a certain extent. So Rhubarb is a favourite to grow or anything needing long succulent
stems for their Lord and Lady of the manor. The servants got given potatoes if they behaved.

Thanks Pete. I'll try to sneak it out next time I visit. yet the wind there it must be tied on pretty well. Yes the composition in the Third does make it for me the stronger of the set.
