ran into a few foxes last time i was at the wildlife refuge. these two were probably siblings since they were both younger and found near the same area.

Great catches, Beth! Vibrant colours, complementary colours, in the first one, it's like the fox is contemplating his/her own body time exfoliations with a meditative attitude: "Oh, look, that's my past".

Such beautiful creatures. I've never had the joy of photographing animals such as this. Nice work Beth.

Really beautiful, Beth. Foxes visit my communal building, as the superintendent feeds them steaks! Such beautiful animals.

Gorgeous pics, Beth.

#2 is my fav. Just wondering how common are foxes in your area? Did you have to drive a distance to get to the foxes?

thanks rob, gianluca, bill, ralph and gary. rob, your local foxes are pretty lucky to get steaks. gianluca, i had the same thoughts about the similar colors of the fox and leaves. gary, there's a lot of foxes where i live. this isn't far from where i work, but it's on a back road instead of the main highway.
