Good sentiments, Ivar, as far as I can see. And here is the problem with this image, which is about good communication (I think), there are many words I can't make out. Try a colour other than red, perhaps?

Very nice Ivar and I suggest this is a very recent composition. I do find the red text a bit difficult to read against the yellowish background. Excellent image too.
