Smashing shot, Nihat, but what's going on in the center? It appears to be a double exposure but I suppose there is some action that is blurred. Very interesting!

Thank you, Brian. It's one exposure.
I photographed Sunday morning service, and some architectural details of the building with the permission from Grace Cathedral. Olympus OM-4T with Zuiko 24mm/3.5 shift lens @ vertical max @ f16 with a few seconds long shutter.
So, you see the path of candles held by ghost-like white robed church staff walking towards the altar.

I still find it odd to follow a link of yours and find a colour image. I think this one could be b&w. I love the mystery of the ghosts in the middle.

Is there really a place called Nob Hill?

My mother's sister passed away this week. She was a colorful person and relatively young. So, I had the Guest house, Blue Mosque and Grace Cathedral in colour for her. I was able to find the B+W version of Artemis. It helps my grieving too. And, its difficult from so far away...

I do find it odd too, Rob. "cause I have been away from colour so long. But prior the new millennium, I travelled with 2 cameras, one with colour film the other a B+W slide or neg film. I have this place mostly on B+W Agfa Scala slide film. Yet this procession image was in colour. I'll add a couple of B+W in the future. But the intent is to utilize the blogs for both B+W and colour, as I have so many of both from the past. Yet, keep the website exclusively B+W.

San Francisco was built on hills like Istanbul. Yes, Nob Hill, Russian Hill, Twin Peaks an many more exist. You get beautiful vistas from those hills in SF. It's a beautiful place.
