Rob, she is beautiful. Her arms' composition with her facial expression is meaningful, and with shadow background separation, it is dramatic. :)

Seriously, the three weeks selective darkening was well worth the effort, Rob. Beee-yooo-teee--full!
 
No, not serious at all. Five minutes tops. It was from the Scrabble game yesterday. She was concentrating on playing the next word. I saw she had this beautiful pose, but there was a LOT of clutter all around - so I blacked it out.
 
Really nice Rob and a coincidence as I have been working on some more images of a series of statues where I burn out the background so that the statues dramatically loom out of the darkness. Interesting to see how you done a similar thing.
