A candid photo with limited details may be a new aesthetic for me to explore, I've had interest in using soft filters before, but the look hasn't quite been to taste.

I feel what you say Brian, it's the same conflict I have often had with this style of shot. Appreciate the encouragement and you got me thinking; when we're young we often want to see what's not present, yet getting older I appreciate seeing what's actually seen. I've a mind there's a small series in there...

And just to add to the haze from the daze snaps....a certain phone booth another long standing regular here is fond of provided another opportunity to experiment.

Tricky. It almost works, but not quite. I like the overall structure though.

Entirely agree - I'll likely continue to try to get this trick to have impact, with many more almost-rans.
