For the creative spirit...

Whether or not you like her music (and if you don't, there are treatments available), this interview is great for insights into a creative mind, and the creative process. She is a painter, and that was her intended direction in life. Her reflection on how the poetry / music comes together, how she feels that it can always be better, and how this compares to her painting, is interesting - and I suggest useful too.

A definite genius, and I've loved her music for decades now. Not very familiar with her paintings, I know some, but not many. I've just listened to ten minutes of the interview, and need a break. She is saying interesting things, though the interviewer is asking silly questions, mostly, but she is getting out some good talk. I'll listen to the rest tonight when I have more time. Thanks for the link, Stephen.
