House Of Silence

Dan Cattermole

Dan Down - The Steampunk Womble
Paperwork scattered in this house and valuable memorabilia indicates that this has been unoccupied for over 40 years.

Inside is truly decayed beyond belief, upstairs is on the verge of collapse resulting in my judgement call to stay on solid grounds. It is probably one of the worst cottages I have seen in a long time in regards to condition and structural safety, but the eyes are fascinated in the memories and history that lays all around this place... You could analyse everything for days in here

Verticals were difficult to nail as this was leaning in all directions.

This is the cleanest room of the house.

Delighted to share, thank you

your buddy is more than a bit crazy to go up there, i'd be afraid of going up only to find myself coming back down very quickly through the floor. love the decorating in the third one, sorta vintage chic meets mother nature. the feng shui needs a little work though, the decorator introduced some bad energy into the room by putting a chair in front of a closet door. great b&w tones in that one.

Yeah, he's just as mad a me Beth, unfortunately my risk assessment receptors where twitching rightfully so. The sound that echoed through the woods emitting from those floors on the first landing was very disturbing indeed. The house itself acted as an amplifier. Very surreal noise.

Can't wait to see what Shay photogged though, he said there was some very interesting stuff up there. Some of it you could see through the floor boards from the ground floor! :/
