Thanks for looking :)

Ooooohhh..... Erm ... you've got me thinking now.... :/

Sorry if I have..... I'm just having a look for it in the search engine...
I've re-edited this one from an old file, couldn't remember if I've posted it or not...... :/

I thought I was going mad for a min.... Well... Some may beg to differ! :D :D

Now that's a good thread title for this! Nice one dude!

Excellent Dan and something I can relate to!! I rue the day that we switched to flat panel monitors and optical mice. They used to explode so nicely when thrown at an ''old fashioned'' monitor. My colleagues always knew when things hadn''t gone when of an evening / weekend by the presence of a mouse ball and bits of broken plastic on the floor in the morning!

Have you seen the dent a Logitech trackball can make in a plastered wall? It''s impressive I can tell you!! ;)

ince switching to Mac in the main (not completely in the UK office though), hardware has stayed mostly in one piece though. Must be the built in karma!! :)

:D :D :D
There are times where I feel like not acting and acually performing it..
But then, I'd like to upgrade to a mac, everyone raves about it, does anyone else rave over it?? I've never used one so I wouldnt know.

They are annoyingly good I must say. Chris and Davie are both using Macs too. Initial outlay is certainly higher but their longevity is good and they seem to stay usable longer. I've been using Macs (in addition to PCs) for 5 years or so now and have yet to have any major problems and they all work pretty well as good as when bought. I can't say the same for the PC hardware bought during the same period. Down to control of hardware and integration I suspect and it is difficult to find that quality for PC components I find. Having said that these things are there to do a job and you get there with either route (or Linux).
