I stalked this bird

I stalked this osprey for a while.

Then he spotted me.

Then he thought, "What the...?"

Then I think he spotted lunch.

And off he went.

I took these shots with the Canon 7D and the Tamron 18-270 Di II at the Bolsa Chica Wetlands, a stopover point for migrating birds, and therefore a very fine bird spotting area. For some reason I can't find the negs and I don't remember what film I used.

Nice set but I like the first for some reason. Think it is the way the bird is framed by the branches and leaves.

I like the third one the most, its just that little bit more interesting for me with the bird looking at the camera is that odd pose
