Thanks, guys. I think you are right about the low contrast, Pete. The tulip was tipped towards the camera and backlit by a large window, so a lot of the light was coming through the petals.

Shouldn't this have been in abstract? Albeit lovely. If you hadn't said what it was I probably would have wondered a bit
