When Coptotermes formanosus meets Pinus sylvestris there is only one outcome!

Hasselblad 503CW + 120mm f1:4 Makro Planar + 56mm extension tube onto a PhasOne P20 back. ISO 50, 1/125s at f1:16. Lit using a single Bowens 3K head attached to a 3K asymmetric generator (25% output) to one side plus a white reflect at a 45º angle to the right. Six individual exposures taken at different focus points. Raw conversion to 16 bit TIFF in Capture One Pro 6. Rendered as a single image in Helicon Focus Pro 4. Final PP in LR / Nik ColorFX Pro 4.
