A view of Lake Luzern near the southern end (the town on the right side is Brunnen) from Fronalpstock. Getting there involved a train ride, a bus ride, a funicular ride, and two ski lifts! Getting back similar process: two ski lifts, a cable car, a bus ride, and then a boat ride (we took a different route).

After enjoying the lake view we took off on our hike - we headed to the near-distant peak (not as close as it looks)

Thank you Milan. I load all the images into Photoshop Raw editor and allow it to crunch it into a pano. Sometimes this approach does not work (or I do not like the result), so I try going through Photoshop to merge and blend the images. Even that approach sometimes fails me, so it is then a last attempt via hand placement and masking (a long tedious process). I have found that with sufficient overlap, my first approach has a high degree of success.
