Thanks Pete. We drove from Milan through Switzerland up the full length of the lake and accross the top past Lugano then back to Milan. It is a beautiful area.

my only wish here is that we were in front of those trees. The eerie still water with the mist hanging low would have been lovely. Still a great location and lovely exposure.

Hi David,
It would have been a health and safety risk to get in front of the trees as it was a layby with a pronounced drop off. I do agree though that getting in front would have improved the image. Perhaps cloning out some of the twigs in the middle might help though I very rarely do that.
