The Salford Lads Club was featured on the cover of the Smiths The Queen Is Dead album (in 2007 I think).
In one of the rooms inside the club one room is dedicated to the Smiths in the form of a little museum. Visitors arrive and leave sticky messages around the walls etc. They write the messages in this little booth, usually comments about the museum and their love for the Smiths. Morrissey is a hero of mine.
